Amazing nose oil

I really love this Nasya oil and have been using it for a few years now. It really helps to open the nasal passages, open the pathways to breathing, and stimulate the brain. I use it mostly in the winter and fall and when I do seasonal ayurvedic cleanses. I highly recommend this nasya oil.

Anu tailam est une huile végétale ayurvédique classique décrite dans l'Ashtanga Hrdaya, Sutrasthana 2ème chapitre. On l'appelle également huile Nasya, utilisée par les praticiens ayurvédiques dans la thérapie Panchakarma. Selon l’Ayurveda, il y a un point marma sur le front juste à la jonction des sourcils, appelé marma Shringatake.
Anu tailam sert à équilibrer Vata, Pitta et Kapha. En massage

L'Ayurveda recommande un régime sain que toute personne en bonne santé devrait suivre quotidiennement. Dans ce régime quotidien, les massages à l'huile, l'exercice, le bain et l'utilisation de l'huile de Nasya sont également mentionnés.
Anu tailam Naya n'est pas recommandé avec Jal Neti. Il devrait y avoir au moins une demi-heure d’intervalle entre les deux.
 
Préparé à base d'huile de sésame pure, Anu tailam contient 30 ingrédients différents, dont des herbes comme le Jivanti et le Devadaru, ainsi que du lait de chèvre.
