Nourrissez votre dosha Vata avec :
1) Huile de Massage Vata : agit pour apaiser et renforcer le corps, l'esprit et l'âme
2) Poudre de Triphala : utilisée en Ayurveda comme laxatif pour soulager la constipation occasionnelle, comme tonique oculaire, comme Rasayana (tonique rajeunissant), comme tonique digestif pour favoriser le feu digestif, augmenter l'appétit et faciliter la digestion (estomac), pour aider à soulager les symptômes tels que les brûlures d'estomac et l'indigestion associés à l'Amlapitta (hyperacidité/dyspepsie), pour aider à expulser les vers intestinaux (vermifuge), pour aider à soulager la toux, pour aider à soulager les coliques et les flatulences (carminatif).
3) Anu Tailam : également appelée Nasya Oil, utilisée par les praticiens ayurvédiques dans la thérapie Panchakarma.
4) Ashwagandha : traditionnellement utilisé en médecine ayurvédique/à base de plantes comme aide-sommeil et/ou pour équilibrer le Vata (nerveux) aggravé.
Returns
