Traditionnellement utilisé en médecine ayurvédique pour aider à soulager le Kasa (toux) associé aux infections des voies respiratoires supérieures (URTI) telles que le rhume et la grippe.

Prendre 1 portion (1 000 mg = 1/4 cuillère à café) au début d'un repas ou entre les repas avec du miel, du ghee ou de l'eau tiède.
