1. Lemon-Turmeric Hydration Water
A natural electrolyte drink that cools and nourishes.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter room temperature water
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of Pink Himalayan salt

2. Cucumber & Coconut Raita
