





“Gotu Kola” is a known ancient Ayurvedic herb worldwide. In Sanskrit, Gotu kola is known as “Mandukaparni”. Gotu Kola shares similar characteristics with “Brahmi”, for the same reason people consider Gotu Kola as an alternative for Brahmi. As per Ayurveda, Brahmi helps in balancing Vata dosha and Gotu Kola is beneficial in balancing Pitta dosha. Gotu Kola is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine/ herbal medicine as Rasayana (Rejuvenative tonic) and as Medhya (Brain tonic).
