Tasty Digestive Aid

I use this as recommended by a practitioner, as a digestive aid. The cumin and hung makes it tasty for me, which helps to use it after meals. I do recommend it myself, as being spicy, it is still mild enough to enjoy, without needing too much liquid at the same time. Thank you for this product.

Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help improve digestion in Agnimandya (digestive impairment) and help relieve digestive upset including indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic.

Adults (18 years and over): 1 serving(s), 1 - 2 times per day. Take 1/4 teaspoon before a meal preferably with ghee or warm water. Additional Dosage Information: 1000mg=1/4 teaspoon
