Nirgundi is considered to be a very versatile and multi-talented herb in Ayurveda. Nirgundi is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as Vatahara to help reduce swelling and pain in joints. Nirgundi is used in herbal medicine in Krumi Roga (intestinal worm infestation). Nirgundi works wonders in Ayurveda for the relief of menstrual pain. Nirgundi is also traditionally used in Ayurveda for minor Kustha (minor skin irritation and inflammation) to help bring relief in skin conditions like eczema and associated itching.
Adults : 2 - 3 serving(s), 1 - 2 times per day.
Mix Nirgundi powder in a cup of warm water and drink after meals.

Nirgundi leaf powder may have a libido suppressing effect.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you take any hormonal regulating herb or medication.

Discontinue use if you experience fatigue, headache, nausea, gastrointestinal upset, agitation, urticaria, and tachycardia.
