Love this Tridoshic Oil

I have recently started a daily practice of Abhyanga in the mornings before I shower and I am really loving this tridoshic oil. In a culture of body shame, unrealistic body obsession, and a culture of over-indulgence or denial, Abhyanga with this oil is the perfect antidote. It fosters self-love and self-care.
