March is Women’s History Month and as we near the end of March we share with you key insights on how to elevate Women’s Health.

In today's fast-paced world, women often find themselves juggling multiple responsibilities, from managing careers to nurturing families and maintaining social connections. Amid this busy lifestyle, prioritizing health can sometimes take a backseat. However, Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to women's health, focusing on balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

For women, Ayurveda recognizes the unique physiological and hormonal fluctuations that occur throughout their life cycles, from menstruation to menopause and beyond. By understanding these changes, Ayurveda offers personalized approaches to support women's health and well-being.

Take Care of your Digestion through Navel Oiling

One of the fundamental principles of Ayurveda is the importance of maintaining a healthy digestive system, as it is believed to be the root cause of many health issues. Emphasizing whole, nutrient-dense foods and mindful eating practices can help support digestion and promote overall vitality. Navel oiling is an excellent remedy for women to maintain digestive fire as well as uterine health.

In addition to diet, Ayurveda places great emphasis on lifestyle practices that promote balance and vitality. Regular exercise, adequate rest, stress management techniques, and nurturing relationships are all considered essential for maintaining optimal health.

Herbs best for Menstrual Irregularities

Ayurveda also offers herbal remedies and natural therapies to support women's health concerns. For menstrual irregularities, herbs such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Triphala may be recommended to balance hormones and support reproductive health. If herbs do not suit your taste,  Shatavari Vital Woman capsules are also an option.

Harness Breathwork to Manage Stress

Practices such as Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindfulness techniques can help women manage stress, enhance resilience, and cultivate inner peace.

By focusing on balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit, Ayurveda empowers women to take charge of their health and well-being naturally.

Through personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal remedies, and mind-body practices, Ayurveda provides women with the tools they need to thrive and embrace life to the fullest.

I am curious what oils you are recommending for “navel oiling”. It is based on dosha or more specific to digestion and women’s health? Also, are you focusing on the nabhi marma points?
    Thank you.
