Sales Terms and Conditions

Prices are in Canadian currency.  The products are sold, F.O.B. warehouse and are subject to change without notice.  Padmashri Naturals Inc. retains title to all goods purchased until these goods are paid in full.

Ordering Policy: Orders may be sent by email or phoned in.  For all orders, please indicate: product code number, name of product, and number of units ordered.  Whenever possible, please allow 6 days advance notice to fill orders.  Please place your orders via email to or phone: 604.628.2003.

Return Policy: Merchandise cannot be accepted for credit without a prior authorization.  Returns will not be accepted 30 days after shipping date.  Returns will not be accepted on expired items.  Freight charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a shipping error by Padmashri Naturals Inc.  A 20% restocking fee charged on returned Items.

Back-order Policy: Items are not back-ordered.

Shipping Policy (Canada.): Free ground shipping via Canada Post on orders over $75.00.


Shipping Policy (U.S.): Free ground shipping via USPS on orders over $75.00 within The Continental U.S.A. (excluding the shipments to Alaska and Hawai).

At this time we do not ship products outside of The Continental U.S.A for online orders.

Please send us an email for international orders.

Claims: All claims for error correction must be made within 5 days from receipt of goods. Damage or breakage which occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and cannot be subtracted from the invoice. Please file your claim with the carrier as soon as possible or within 5 days.

Note: Please take the time to check your shipments while the carrier waits. If you find damage later when package is opened, contact shipper immediately and always keep original shipping box and contents in case shipper wants to inspect damage prior to authorization of claim.
